Bilha was born and raised in a kibbutz in southern Israel where she was surrounded by nature, animals and wide open spaces. After 22 years at the kibbutz she left to the city were she worked as a graphic designer for a while. Later on, when her kids were born, she decided to become a stay at home mom.
In August 1999 Bilha arrived to the U.S.A. accompanied with her husband and two children. She went back to school, and earned her B.A. degree in Computer Video Imaging, from Cogswell Polytechnical College, in Sunnyvale, California. Today Bilha is living with her family in San Jose, CA where she keeps working as an artist and illustrator.
